Shipping policy

We pack every order with care so your records arrive safely and ready to spin.

When do orders ship?

Most in-stock orders ship within 2โ€“4 business days. During drops, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing may take a little longer.

How are records packaged?

Records are shipped in sturdy mailers with protective padding. We aim to separate vinyl from jackets when needed to help prevent seam splits in transit.

Do you offer tracking?

Yes. Once your order ships, youโ€™ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow delivery progress.

Do you ship internationally?

Shipping availability and rates depend on destination. Any available options and charges will appear at checkout before you place your order.

What if my package is delayed?

Carrier delays can happen. Please check your tracking first, then reach out through our contact page if you need help locating your order.

Can I change my address after ordering?

If your order has not shipped yet, contact us as soon as possible. Weโ€™ll do our best to update the address before the label is created.
